Moving for Better Balance
Moving for Better Balance is a 12 week fall prevention program offered at YMCA locations across the country. The program uses Tai Chi principles and movements and is a good fit for many seniors. It can be practiced standing or seated. As always, discuss this program with your health care professional FIRST (this is a must) to make sure it is suitable for you.
