Beware: Tai Chi Walking Scams

Tai chi is such a wonderful martial art with so many benefits. Unfortunately, YouTube, Google, streaming commercials, books and more are flooding the zone with AI produced commercials and impossible claims. This blogger has always, for free, sifted through the videos and books to provide my readers with suggestions to review honest and proven recommendations. To sign up for a tai chi walking class via an AI commercial may buy nothing but pain. An introductory charge could end up as a monthly charge to your bank account by an overseas "company" and they are very hard to cancel.
Lately the AI commercials have increased meaning the scammers are having success in convincing people to sign up. An online tai chi instructor made a short video, expressing her alarm at the pure volume of these magical cure/fitness claims and it's worth a view minutes of your time to keep you aware of AI scams and AI produced books. Watch Ann give a good explanation of what is going on, thanks to AI. If there was a way to gain six pack abs in 7 minutes a day, your doctor, physical therapist or fitness center trainer would have mentioned it by now. Ann offers a free tai chi walking online video as do other reputable instructors. Anything sold as too good to be true probably is. Ignore the scams, follow reality. Share this information with others to make them aware. If you found this information to be valuable, please leave a comment or rating. Good Health to All.
Peace
