Tai Chi Walking - Variations

Here are some tai chi walking videos for your review. They are very different from each other while at the same time, provide instruction that leads to the same place: balance, calmness, the principles. Watch each one, first to last and decide what is right for you and your tai chi goals. You talked to the doctor, correct? They told you this is okay, correct? If not, just watch for now then get some professional advice about what you can physically and mentally do when it comes to tai chi and exercise in general. Think about your back, your knees, etc. The exercise is not hard but everyone should pay attention to any limitations because this exercise is for inner peace and continuous flow, not aches and pains! There are videos out there that are not suitable for everyone so I review the techniques and how true the movements are to the practice. You could practice nothing but tai chi walking for a month and see new strength in your legs and better balance, but of course, do more! Enjoy!

Very good place to start if you are a beginner or dealing with pain.
Gentle tai chi walking, great for those learning the Yang 24, 40 or 108 form. Also works as a stand alone practice.
Level 3 Flow is where you want to be - well explained tutorial. Follow from start to finish.
