Blue Zones
In 2004, Dan Buettner teamed up with National Geographic and the world's best longevity researchers to identify pockets around the world where people live measurably longer, better. In these “Blue Zones,” they found that people reach age 100 at rates 10 times greater than in the United States.
Anybody can adopt this lifestyle. An entire community can come together to do this. Watch the video and then explore the website.
This is not about a "diet" or your genes. It's about your environment and your life style. Why I like it: there are items to buy (books and recipe plans) but no need to buy anything. The articles, videos, and books that you can get at a library are all you need to get started.
Add walking, yoga, tai chi, biking, etc. and you can create your own Blue Zone.
I receive no payment or endorsement from this program. I am just a follower that wishes to share this information with...the world.
