The Crown Chakra

In Hinduism, the Crown Chakra (a chakra is an energy node in the body) is the chakra of thought and awareness. The symbol of the crown chakra is a lotus with a thousand petals. It is associated with consciousness and awareness. You probably know the mantra sound for the crown chakra, even if you don't know the six others! It is "OM", or oooohhhhhhmmmmmm. The crown chakra is located at the top of the head.
