Guided Meditation

If you've been looking for guided meditation, you can find it at The audio files are right on the Guided Meditation page. There's no need to click around to other sites to get started, On the BCBZ site, you will find the following:

The UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center offers, under Creative Commons Attribution, these guided meditation exercises.

The site offers a variety of resources all in one place. It's an uplifting, fun site that includes Virtual Travel (including museums), Nature Photography (submissions accepted), Introduction to Yoga and even Disney fireworks (Paris and Orlando - expand the screen and turn up the volume.) The site is FREE with no ads, no requests for donations, and no click bait. The site is 100% an act of friendship and an exercise in mindfulness, established in 2017.
