Have a Happy Thanksgiving with Tai Chi

Happy Thanksgiving! For more than two centuries, days of thanksgiving were celebrated by individual colonies and states. It wasn’t until 1863, in the midst of the Civil War, that President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a national Thanksgiving Day to be held each November.

Overall, the holiday season in the U.S. is a time of celebration, reflection, and spending time with loved ones. It’s also a time for giving and helping those in need, with many people participating in charitable activities during this season. Whatever you do, the holiday season is exhausting! Kick off the season on Thanksgiving with some relaxing Tai Chi. It's the best 20 minutes you can spend to be rooted, grounded, mindful and relaxed. Try it.

Thank you, Diane. for publishing this video for all to enjoy.

Peace
