At last, after much procrastination and frankly, lazy excuses, the bcalmbzen website is updated. You will find a new yoga video, the addition of a beginner tai chi instruction video, the elimination of the frivolous, and some new background scenes.
The last year has been difficult for most of us - news flash if you didn't hear about it - and this blogger found mindfulness to be a daily sanity saver. My appreciation of nature is now greater than ever before. Every bird song in the distance, early flower blossom, and the sound of soft and not so soft rain have become part of my nature discovery and it never gets old. There is something new to discover every day.
