Yin and Yang
Seemingly opposite or contrary forces are actually complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world. (Ancient Chinese)
The Circle: Represents wholeness and the universe.
The Divided Halves: The dark swirl is Yin; the light swirl is Yang. They flow into each other, showing the constant movement and transition between the two states.
The Dots: The small dot of Yin inside the Yang, and vice versa, shows that nothing is absolute. Inside every light, there is a seed of darkness, and within every shadow, a possibility for light.
The Curved Line: Indicates that the boundary between these forces is fluid and constantly shifting, rather than rigid.
š§āāļø Yoga
āUnion.ā Body, breath, mind together. Strength through ease.
